Finding the Right Page
My equipment-manual RAG put the right page in its top eight for 40% of paraphrased questions. I benchmarked four embedding models and four answer models on the plant's own manuals. The biggest gain came from neither: a three-line header that tells every chunk which machine it belongs to. Recall is now 78%.
